It's long time ago that I always dream about opening a graphic studio and become a great graphic designer.Yeah,I means great one.

I used to be work as graphic designer around a years.But sadly,my employee didn't even want to paid me more than $200(USD).I only got around $150(USD) around a month and that was totally unfair for me,I think.My employee keep saying that,"Just because you didn't got the degree or diploma in GD(Graphic Design)so that we can't really raise your salary more than what your had now.".And they really means by that,even the new staff also got more salary than me who already worked around a years...

I think that there's nothing I can do in this case anymore,since I already asked and they did rejected my request so that I decided,if they can't pay me that then I gonna earn it with my own!With the idea of starting my own business,I started to discuss with my friends and parents about it.Although there's lots of disagreements and rejection as I expected,but that's always some surprise,one of my closest friends,Cyril who used to study interior design and after discussion,he totally agreed with me that this is the only chance that we finally can climb over this cliff of misfortune surrounding us.And yeah,we are poor and misfortune at that moments too.Cause Cyril was jobless at that moments,and me who's gonna fire myself soon still wondering if I stopped my job,where's come my profit and lunch?

So just with the 2 of us,we start to recruit more and more members to our graphic business.We had recruited a high school maths teacher Raymond(What he deals with the art business?He's a maths teacher not artist?Well,he got some nice skills with drawing...),a kindergarten art teacher,Wayne(He's only good with those cute drawing,totally no graphic design knowledge...at all)and the cable guy,Francis who seem to very close with Cyril(well,this seem like a bit...actually what can a cable guy did in graphic business anyway?).It seem that my introduction of my fellow graphic business members seem like...they were rubbish,but they not totally rubbish at all,they did very useful in every aspects and beyond my expectation.


In addition of being just a freelance designer, we had formed up a team of designers for a full-service design.We provide from business cards to billboards,our design expertise includes positioning,logo design,websites, brochures,illustration,poster,and photography too. Start with five of us,we formed up a graphic design group which called "Green Pencil Studio"!With all of our high ambitious and hopes,we started our business with our best.

If there's anyone asked me,why I wrote all of this craps,and I will answer them,this is the beginning and growth of a group of young man who dreams to become someone great and success in their life without regrets.....And that's how we started!!!
